Júlia Dalmadi
Júlia Dalmadi is the founder of TransFoodMission, Europe’s retail-focused upcycling platform, and Secontaste, Hungary’s first dedicated upcycled CPG brand.
What began as hands-on product experimentation evolved into building Europe’s first dedicated upcycled retail category, now operating across five markets with 200+ SKUs and 55+ brands.
With a background in food and digital innovation, Júlia works at the intersection of circular product development, retail strategy, and ecosystem building. She has collaborated with international networks such as the Future Food Institute and FAO, building long-term relationships across retailers, manufacturers, certification bodies, and food innovators.
Her strength lies in connecting these actors into structured, scalable partnerships while turning underutilized resources into commercially viable retail categories.
